A 39-year-old man from Cambridge is facing over 15 charges in connection with a sexual assault probe involving teenage girls, with authorities suggesting the possibility of additional victims. The police were alerted in October about an adult male engaging with multiple young females. Following investigations, it was revealed that during September and October, the man had orchestrated exchanges with 14 and 15-year-old girls, offering them goods in return for engaging in sexual acts. The suspect was apprehended on Monday and is now confronted with several allegations, including three charges each of sexual assault, sexual interference, obtaining sexual services for consideration, and luring individuals under 16 to facilitate sexual interference. Additionally, he faces two charges of invitation to sexual touching and luring individuals under 18 to enable child sexual abuse and exploitation.
