Potatoes are so versatile, and almost anything can be made out of them. This easy air fryer recipe will not disappoint you, and it will only take a couple of minutes to prepare.

Is there anything that an air fryer can’t do? Not only has it facilitated the way we cook by also making it less messy, but it has also been delivering outstanding results every time. From baked potatoes to French fries, these crispy baby potatoes will become the star of the function.

They’re the perfect side dish and a great option to share. Fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, air fryer baby potatoes couldn’t be easier to make – and they’re so delicious. Plus, it only takes 20 minutes of cooking time and less than 10 ingredients.

As shared by Delish, cooking baby potatoes in an air fryer not only guarantees them to be as crispy as ever, but it will also deliver the results quicker than any other traditional method of cooking.

The site explained: “Herby and extra crispy, these potatoes are read in half the time – no waiting for the oven to preheat – and cooked through in around 10 minutes. Plus air fryer requires less oil than typical roasting while still giving an ultra-crispy, golden outside.”

Crispy potatoes can be enjoyed as a side dish, accompanied by a variety of proteins, and vegetables, or even as a snack itself. They go well with grilled meats, seafood, or vegetarian dishes like salads and stews.

Ingredients:

In a large bowl, toss the potatoes and mix them with oil, garlic, powder, Italian seasoning (and Cajun seasoning, if using. Then, season with salt, which is what will make them extra crispy and tasty, and of course, freshly ground pepper. Kosher salt, as listed above, is hard to get hold of in Britain but can be bought from Amazon for £1.80. The difference between kosher and standard table salt appears to be the dynamic of taste – with kosher being less potent.

Transfer the potatoes in the air fryer basket and let it cook for 10 minutes at 200C. Shake the basket and stir the potatoes, until they turn golden brown for an extra 10 minutes. Finally, squeeze lemon juice over the cooked potatoes and garnish with parsley before serving.

By following these simple instructions and sparing 20 minutes of your time, you can rest assured that these crispy air-fried baby potatoes will become your new go-to snack!
